BLAHBLAHBLAH.
OKAY. I know I know,
I've just ABANDONED my blog again, until TODAY.
& yes, I'm very aware my last post was about 1 month ago o_o?
HEH. but never mind that,
cus I'm going to post one whole loooooooong post to make up for my absence.
& yes, alot of pictures too.
& lots of events happened in that one month.
So if you're gonna read this post,
BE PREPARED, to read to DEATH.
I'll start with my Italy Trip (obviously).
The only problem is that I've probably forgotten half the things I did there.
& there are so many pictures I don't even know which to post.
So yes, it'll be
MESSY.
"WE'VE ARRIVED!"
& so we went to eat lunch at this super out-of-the-way restaurant in the middle of nowhere,
but the pasta was kinda appetising, so okay ...

& then we we went to visit the ruins of an ooooooooold market in Pompeii.
The place was so quiet & peaceful, you could really 'feel the history'.
I sound gibberish o_o
Anyway, PHOTOS! PHOTOS!

And the local tour guide showed us the brothel too,
they had brothels baaaaack then too o_o?
But the AMAZING thing is that this brothel even had MENUS!

My Dad is -_- ... LOL!
SECOND DAY, we went up to Capri!
It's some island near Napoli, & the lemon chocolate there was really good!
Uh, we went to some castle before that.
I FORGOT THE NAME !!! D:
THEN, ONWARD CAPRI !!!

The beach looks so sad.
So that's about all, Capri. But it was really cold up there and so we couldn't take the chairlift up around the whole mountain. AND IT WAS IN THE OPEN! If my mum took it, she'd freeze by the time she came down XD
Went to The Colosseum & St.Peters Church the next day.

Head to Assisi the next day, another town up on a mountain.
Stopped at a petrol kiosk for toilet break halfway through the journey & we found this nice place behind the kiosk.

& I RUIN THE MOOD :)
Next stop, ASSISI !
LOL, they aren't real people.
& yes, I'm getting SICK! of scaling down the size of the photossssss i want to post, so you can see that my photos are getting less, & my words too -_-
But anw, while we were in Assisi, the tour guide gave us free time for lunch by ourselves.
So we we entered this restaurant that had some tourist menu,
& saw: "Main Course - Scallop"
!!!
So my mum & I, who were really sick of chickenbeefpork ordered Scallop,
but when it came,
it was a piece of veal (deer meat).
& that was how we learnt that veal was called Scallop by the Italians.
GREEDY PEOPLE GET THEIR JUST DESSERTS!
Stayed in a resort in Assisi that night,
& the next morning when my sis & I opened the window,
we went "WAH!"
It snowed !!
I'm a SNOWMONSTER!
Poor chairs,
Poor flowers,
Poor guy.

there was another Cheryl in the tour group too.
She's older than me by a year but she looks like an 8-year old O_O!
Took a few pictures with her, but I can't find it (probably in my mother's camera),
so till I get it, this is all.

FLYING OFF SOON (2) ~
This shall be my LAST post before flying off tonight (as in tomorrow morning).
Just wanted to complete an entry I wanted to write months ago. but promptly forgot, sorry.
During August this year, Sophie Lancaster & her 3-years boyfriend Robert Maltby were attacked in Stubbeylee Park. Her boyfriend managed to survive the attack, but unfortunately, due to severe facial & head injuries, Sophie died,
Just 3 months short of her 21st Birthday.
But what is the reason behind why they were so brutally attacked?
Because they were different,
because they were members of the gothic subculture,
because they wore different clothes.
But is this ever a reason enough to leave Robert Maltby in a coma and bleeding in the brain?
And Sophie Lancaster dead?
Her family had to switch off their own daughter's life support, because she could never recover.
Dislike towards something different is common, but it should not be a cause to hurt someone.
Following this incident,
Sophie's family have set up a campaign to discourage discrimination against people of different subcultures.
They have also set up a memorial fund for Sophie to provide an appropriate memorial, a lasting legacy to raise awareness of the injustice perpetrated against Sophie Lancaster and to work towards a more tolerant, less violent society.

FLYING OFF SOON ~
I ought to be sleeping now.
I do feel like sleeping now, but I can't.
Because if I do, then I will have the energy to stay up laaaaaate during the flight tomorrow.
And I'll land on Italy with a running nose. (or is it runny?)
Anyway, yes, I will be flying off to Italy on Tuesday 1:00am. Finally!
All the other DeeColonians have abandoned their friend here and left the country. Tskktskk.
Now I'm stuck here in Singapore all alone until another 20hrs or so.
So went out to do last minute shopping today at MP,
& I FINALLY FOUND AN OVERSIZED JACKET!!!
Okay, actually it's a male jacket, that's why it's so LARGE.
But there's no law saying I can't wear a male jacket right? & it looked sort of girlish anyway :D
Have not packed finish my luggage yet,
because a certain someone (eyes Regina) kept calling/sms-ing me & disturbing while I was packing my luggage.
So now, I have to continue tomorrow & fret, fret, fret over what I've forgotten to bring again.
By the way, I've thought of a new Tourists Campaign Ad for Singapore.
How about,

Your one & only chance at experiencing Christmas without the Christmas Spirit!"
Sorry to say that,
but seriously? I'm not feeling any 'Jingle Bells' spirit.

NEmation 2-3 !
WE LASTED.
FOR 3 GRUELLING WEEKS!
OF ENDLESS TORTURE & SANDSANDSAND!
& now, it's over.
But though I'm relieved that we manage (and have) finished our animation clip :D
I'll really really miss the trainers though, & the other students,
though we didn't really talk to them anw.
But yeah, D: it's a "warm & fuzzy feeling" XD
Anyway, since I've not updated about my days & nights spent at NTU for almost 2 weeks,
I shall type a really looooooooong post about it now :D
So bare with me!
*Gets ready to type*
Before I forget, let me just say that Dickson came to visit us during the 2nd week,
i think, on Wednesday.
And WOW. He recognised us.
But the best part was when he ...
He's wearing my Mum's sunglasses!
And, and, he actually grew a GOATEE.
OMG. He looks so different.

Throughout these 3 weeks, I think I already did 4 Group Interviews, 1 Duo Interview, 2 Solo Interviews & 1 one-to-one Interview. Let me just say that NEmation really makes you feel like a star.
And a very retarded one at that.
I NG'ed like, 6 times today!?!
And it was only for ONE interview. But it was (partially) not my fault,
because the MC kept telling me to repeat because my words weren't the exact ones he wanted.
Waste my time!
I can say that my answers, for all the interviews,
ARE STANDARD.
For example;
MC: "So how did you find your past 3 weeks?"
Me: "Well, it was fun, but tiring."
I've said that so many times, including to the people who came in to view our work,
that I can even say it backwards.
Ok, no, actually I can't. But you get the point.
But YES.
These 3 weeks were definitely fun,
& I don't mind going NTU throughout the 2 months holiday,
I don't mind moving sand the WHOLE YEAR.
Just don't give us a DEADLINE. D:

Seriously, I think I must have gained at least 50kg over the past 3 weeks.
Mandy and I broke our group's record on Thursday.
We stayed till 11pm to do up the animating weeds!
9am-11pm, we PERSEVERED ! -_-
And what do we get from that?

Last day during dinner - Shiling & us.
Started camwhoring like mad after dinner at the round-fountain-thingy,
& the four of us tried to take Jumping shots.
Shoot me! We failed horribly.

TanQQ saw her mum looking for her & ran after her.
